FisheyeBrooklyn's work is handmade with food, dishwasher, and microwave safe clay and glazes, unless otherwise noted. I suggest that you hand wash handmade ceramics though and use pot holders when removing items from the microwave. You should also avoid extreme changes in temperature (freezing to boiling) with handmade ceramics.
Most of FisheyeBrooklyn's pieces are fired in an electric kiln, unless otherwise noted. A few pieces currently in the shop were fired in gas kilns and are marked as Penland Special Project. There are also a few wood fired pieces in the shop and are marked as such.
Because of the nature of handmade, there will be slight variations in the shape, size, color, and finish of the items from what you see in the photographs. No two pieces are exactly alike, which is the beauty of handmade ceramics. These variations are very small and may not be noticeable–if they are though, please know that they are not flaws, but are part of what makes each item unique.

Each package is carefully packed. Recycled packing material will be used whenever possible.
Orders can only be shipped within the US at this time. They will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Insurance is available upon request.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight. The final weight of your order will appear in your shopping cart.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All purchases are considered final sale unless unfairly represented. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receiving your order so that we can find a solution. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
All items should be returned in their original packaging, wrapped carefully, and must be trackable and shipped at the customer's expense. Once I have received the return package, a replacement will be sent or a store credit issued.
Each item is carefully wrapped and packed. Everything is done to reduce the possibility of damage during shipment. However, if you do receive a broken item, please contact me immediately for a replacement or refund.
